Morgan Fletcher (she/her) is a transdisciplinary artist, storyteller, and strategist working across digital and land-based technologies.

A child of the the concrete landscape of BedStuy, Brooklyn and Central Virginia red clay, her work is rooted in the storytelling technologies found in people’s histories and traditions, the voice, and the everyday.

With nearly 15 years of experience as a wordsmith and communications strategist, Morgan has stewarded collective narratives in the realms of gender and racial justice, youth organizing, and cultural curation.

Her professional practice is grounded in relational methodologies including ethical story sharing and archiving and long-term partnerships with community organizations, fellow artists, and chosen family.

Morgan currently serves as the Founder & Principal Strategist for Fletcher Ventures, LLC and is a member of the Actors Equity Association (AEA).

Morgan holds a B.A. in French Romance & Philology from Columbia University’s Columbia College.
